Hi everybody! Lord willing, our plan for Sunday Services for the next month is this:
We will have our whole congregation continue to meet at the Old Laurelhurst Church in the Fellowship Hall same as last week. Kid's Kingdom will be in the room off to the side and we'll use all the facilities there on that level for our remaining time at this building.
This is temporary. We are undergoing an exhaustive, daily search for a new 'church home' and have been encouraged that there are options, but in order to remain faithful and not be rushed into a less than ideal move, we're going to continue to search and pray for a better location. All efforts are being made to find something as central as possible, with a parking lot and encouraging amenities for the Sundays when we're all coming together. We will continue to have split services on the first and third Sundays of the month.
In summary, here's the short term plan as we try to be far sighted:
February 2nd - House church Sunday
February 9th 2:30PM - Old Laurelhurst whole congregation (Fellowship Hall)
February 16th
10 AM - Westside Service at same westside location, Sunset Presbyterian
2:30PM - Eastside Service Old Laurelhurst church (Fellowship Hall)
February 23rd 2:30PM - Old Laurelhurst whole congregation (Fellowship Hall)
